Just wear something basic underneath for fast and easy costume.
The little apron is trimmed with lace and has fun ric rac details. The heart shaped bib is fully lined and topped with a satin bow. The tutu skirt is fluffy and trimmed with satin ribbon on the hem. The tutu skirt is fully lined also.
